What it really costs to launch and run a white-label futures prop firm in 2026 — platform, market data, routing, payments and legal — using prices vendors actually publish.
Vendors price in three ways: flat monthly fees for a block of accounts, setup fees plus a revenue share, or per-user pricing. The right model depends on how fast you expect to grow and how much margin you want to keep. Prices below were checked on 2026-10-16; third-party figures are marked.
| Vendor | Pricing | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Signal Trade App | As low as $5 per user/month | Futures trader platform; no revenue share |
| TradeLocker | $3,000/month up to 500 active accounts | FX/CFD; "active" = traded that month |
| PropAccount | $3,000 setup; firm earns 30% of gross (WL1) | Turnkey; PropAccount runs operations |
| PropSuite | $2,749 setup + 50% of net profit (third-party) | Turnkey on FX/CFD platforms |
| Match-Trade | From $2,500/month (third-party) | FX/CFD platform and CRM |
| Tickblaze | ~$5,000 setup, ~$5,000/month (third-party) | Own platform and backend |
CME charges for real-time data per user, including on simulated evaluation accounts according to Topstep. As reported for June 2026, non-professional Level 1 for all four CME exchanges is $4.65 per user per month and Level 2 is $36.50; professional data is $134.50 per exchange. At retail, FCMs such as AMP list a $25 monthly Rithmic connection fee per user ID and $0.10 per side per contract for routing. Firm-level rates are negotiated privately.
Stripe lists funded prop trading as a prohibited business (checked 2026-10-16), so expect a specialist processor with higher fees and reserves. Legal costs for terms, disclosures and structure vary widely by jurisdiction. Marketing is usually the largest line: affiliate commissions, influencers and paid ads.
Take a firm with 500 active traders on Rithmic that includes Level 1 data. The trader platform at the lowest Signal Trade App rate would be $2,500 a month; Level 1 data at the reported non-professional rate would be about $2,325 a month; Rithmic user fees are negotiated, so get a written quote. Compare that with a flat-fee platform such as TradeLocker's $3,000 for 500 FX accounts, or a revenue-share model where the vendor's cut grows with your sales.
| 500 active traders | Monthly |
|---|---|
| Trader platform at $5/user | $2,500 |
| CME Level 1 non-pro at $4.65/user | ~$2,325 |
| Rithmic or Tradovate user fees | Quote |
| Payment processing | Depends on processor |

Published prices range from per-user platforms (Signal Trade App, as low as $5 per user per month) to flat fees (TradeLocker, $3,000/month for up to 500 FX accounts) and setup-plus-revenue-share models (PropAccount, $3,000 setup). Add CME data, routing, payments, legal and marketing.
As reported for June 2026, non-professional Level 1 for all four CME exchanges is $4.65 per user per month and Level 2 is $36.50. Topstep states CME charges for data on simulated accounts too.
Revenue share lowers upfront cost but takes a growing cut of sales. Flat or per-user fees cost more at the start but keep margin as you scale.
Stripe lists funded prop trading as prohibited (checked 2026-10-16), so firms typically use a specialist processor.
