Starting or re-platforming a futures prop firm means choosing technology for several separate jobs: the execution rail and risk engine, the evaluation back office, and the platform your traders use every day. Few vendors do all three, and almost none publish prices. This guide compares the providers futures firm owners ask about most, as checked on 2026-10-16. Prices change; confirm with each vendor.
Disclosure: we make Signal Trade App, one of the products below. We have tried to be accurate about where other vendors do more than we do.

Signal Trade App is a cloud platform for futures traders on Rithmic and Tradovate, available to prop firms as a white label on your domain and brand, hosted by us or self-hosted. Traders get multi-account copy trading with an in-house engine (cross-broker groups, Protect flatten), drawdown and profit-target tracking with alerts, session lockouts, TradingView charts, an automatic journal, TradingView webhooks and a REST API.
It is not a back office: it does not provision evaluation accounts, enforce rules at the broker, run KYC or pay out. Pair it with your Rithmic or Tradovate risk engine and a CRM. Pricing is published: as low as $5 per user per month. See the prop firm platform.
HyperProp licenses a trader-facing futures platform to prop firms under their brand. Its site lists a licensed live CME feed, evaluation progress and trailing drawdown on screen, a multi-account workspace, a fill-based journal, verified track records and copy trading powered by Tradesyncer, with Hyperliquid perpetuals coming soon. It was in open beta with no firm pricing when checked. Read our HyperProp alternative page for a direct comparison.
Tradovate, owned by NinjaTrader Group, sells prop firms a white-label web, desktop and mobile platform with a server-side risk engine: daily loss, trailing or static drawdown, position limits and auto-liquidation, configured by the firm. It includes TradingView charts and a group trade copier, and its prop page features firms such as Apex and Lucid. Pricing is not published; third-party guides describe per-active-seat fees. It covers Tradovate accounts only. See Tradovate Prop alternatives.
Rithmic is the plumbing behind many futures prop firms: order routing, market data, a server-side risk management system, the R|Trader Pro desktop and R|Protocol/R|API for developers. It does not run evaluations, CRM or payouts, and firm pricing is not published. Its strength is broad third-party platform support; traders often pair it with NinjaTrader, Quantower or a cloud platform such as Signal Trade App. See Signal Trade App for Rithmic firms.
Volumetrica Trading makes Deepchart, DeepDom and DeepchartWeb with dxFeed futures data, and says its technology is used by over 20 futures prop firms for dashboards and operations. It publishes no firm pricing. See Volumetrica alternatives.
PropAccount is a turnkey white-label prop firm: CRM, challenge lifecycle, risk and payouts, on Rithmic and (since 2026) Tradovate as well as DXtrade, Match-Trader and cTrader. Its site lists a one-time $3,000 setup fee and no monthly fees; on its White Label I plan the firm earns 30% of gross sales and PropAccount carries operating costs and payout liability, while White Label II and custom plans earn 50% of net revenue. It is a back-office choice and can sit alongside a trader platform.
Fintevo is a browser-based futures trading platform with a copy trader and personal risk limits, in free beta and appearing at prop firms such as MyFundedFutures. ONYX is a browser platform with TradingView charts on Rithmic, used by firms including DayTraders.com. Neither publishes firm pricing or a white-label page.

It depends on which layer you need. Rithmic and Tradovate Prop provide the execution rail and risk engine; PropAccount, Volumetrica and YourPropFirm cover back office; HyperProp, Fintevo, ONYX and Signal Trade App provide trader-facing platforms. Most firms combine several.
Futures vendors rarely publish prices. Published examples include PropAccount at a $3,000 setup fee with revenue share (the firm earns 30% of gross on WL1), TradeLocker at $3,000/month for up to 500 accounts (FX/CFD), and Signal Trade App at as low as $5 per user per month.
