TradeSyncer is a cloud trade copier for futures prop firm traders. It is well established, connects to more platforms than most rivals, and is well rated by its users. The main drawback is price: it charges by the number of broker logins, so the cost climbs as you add prop firms.
Disclosure: this review is written by Signal Trade App, which also sells a trade copier. Everything below about TradeSyncer was read from TradeSyncer’s own website and its public Trustpilot page on 2026-11-07. We note where a figure is TradeSyncer’s own claim, and we say where TradeSyncer is the better choice.

TradeSyncer copies trades from a leader account to follower accounts in the cloud, so copying keeps running when your computer is off. You connect your broker or platform logins, group your accounts, and set a size multiplier for each follower.
| Plan | Monthly | Broker logins | Trading accounts | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | $49 | 2 | Up to 10 per login | Copier, brackets, risk tools, journal |
| Pro | $99 | 4 | Up to 20 per login | Adds custom alerts and notifications |
| Flex | $149 | Unlimited | 120 included | More accounts can be added |
The number that decides your plan is broker logins, which TradeSyncer calls connections. Each prop firm is usually a separate login, so two firms fit on Basic, a third firm moves you to Pro, and a fifth to Flex. Annual billing saves up to 30%. The 7-day trial needs a card, which is charged on day 7 unless you cancel. You can cancel anytime; the plan stays active to the end of the paid term. We found no refund policy on the pricing page. Full breakdown: TradeSyncer pricing explained.
Platform coverage is TradeSyncer’s strongest point. Its site lists Tradovate, Rithmic, NinjaTrader, TradingView, ProjectX, Sierra Chart, ATAS, Quantower and dxFeed, and names prop firms including Apex, Lucid Trading, Topstep, Tradeify, MyFundedFutures, Take Profit Trader, FundedNext, Alpha Futures, TradeDay, Bulenox and Hyperprop. If you trade through Sierra Chart, ATAS, Quantower or ProjectX, few copiers cover as much.
Always check your prop firm’s own rules before copying. Topstep, for example, sets rules on where trading may originate, which matter for any cloud copier.
TradeSyncer’s NinjaTrader page says executions average under 50ms and that actual timing may vary; its homepage gives no figure. That is a vendor claim, not an independent measurement. For market orders on prop firm accounts, broker response time usually matters more than the copier at this level.
On Trustpilot, TradeSyncer has a TrustScore of 4.5 out of 5 from 730 reviews, with 77% five-star and 12% one-star (checked 2026-11-07). Its own homepage also shows 4.3/5 from 110 Google reviews.
That mix is typical for trade copiers: most users are happy, and the unhappy ones usually had a missed or mismatched copy. Whatever copier you use, test a full entry and exit, including a flatten, on demo accounts before going live.
Yes. TradeSyncer is an established, widely used copier with hundreds of public reviews, clear published prices, and month-to-month billing you can cancel anytime. Whether it is the right choice depends on your platforms and how many prop firm logins you run.
If per-login pricing is the problem, flat-priced copiers cost less as you add firms. Signal Trade App is a cloud copier for Tradovate and Rithmic accounts, including accounts you trade in NinjaTrader, with unlimited logins and accounts for $39 for the first month, then $29/month (code STA, applied at checkout), or $199/year, after a 5-day trial that requires a card. It does not support ProjectX, Topstep, Sierra Chart, ATAS or Quantower, so it is not a fit if you need those.
TradeCopia (desktop from $49.99/month, cloud from $79.99/month, unlimited accounts) and FutuCopy (cloud from $39/month, unlimited accounts) are the other common choices.
