One per-user price, every feature included. As low as $5 per user per month for a white-labelled futures platform on Rithmic and Tradovate.
You pay per user per month. The per-user rate falls as your trader count grows, down to as low as $5 per user per month. Branding and domain setup are quoted once with your plan. There is no revenue share and no per-feature add-on. Firms that prefer to run their own servers can license the self-hosted deployment instead.
| Plan | How it is priced | Includes |
|---|---|---|
| Hosted white label | Per user per month, as low as $5 | Every feature, hosting, monitoring, updates |
| Self-hosted licence | Licence plus optional support | Every feature on your servers |
| Custom work | Quoted separately | Integrations or features built for you |
Most futures vendors do not publish prices. Where they do, models range from a flat monthly platform fee to setup fees plus a revenue share. Figures below were checked on 2026-10-16 from the vendor's own page unless marked; they cover different scopes (some are full back offices, some are forex-only), so compare like with like.
| Vendor | Published model | Scope |
|---|---|---|
| Signal Trade App | As low as $5 per user per month | Futures trader platform, white label |
| TradeLocker | $3,000/month for up to 500 active accounts | FX/CFD platform |
| PropAccount | $3,000 one-time setup; firm earns 30% of gross sales (WL1) | Turnkey prop firm incl. operations |
| Match-Trade | White label from $2,500/month (third-party figure) | FX/CFD platform and CRM |
| Tickblaze | ~$5,000 setup and ~$5,000/month base (third-party review) | Platform and prop backend |
| Tradovate Prop, Rithmic, Volumetrica, HyperProp | Not published | Various |
Funded futures traders commonly pay $49 to $149 a month for a separate copier alone, before a journal or charting add-ons. At the lowest per-user rate, a firm could include a better platform in every evaluation for less than one month of a retail copier, offer it as a loyalty perk for funded traders, or resell it at a margin.
Market data and order routing are not part of the price: they stay on your existing Rithmic or Tradovate arrangement, so your data costs do not change.
Each model suits a different firm. A flat monthly fee is predictable but you pay for capacity you may not use. A revenue share costs little upfront but takes a growing cut of every evaluation you sell, for as long as you use the vendor. Per-user pricing tracks your actual trader count, so cost grows with revenue rather than ahead of it, and nothing is taken from your sales.
| Model | Upfront cost | As you grow | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Flat monthly | Medium | Steps up at each capacity tier | Stable, predictable trader counts |
| Revenue share | Low | Vendor cut grows with sales | Firms short on launch capital |
| Per user | Low | Grows with active traders only | Firms that want to keep their margin |
So there are no surprises: the price covers the trader platform only. It does not include CME market data, Rithmic or Tradovate user and routing fees, evaluation provisioning, KYC, payouts or a checkout. Those stay with your broker and back office, and you keep whatever arrangement you already have for them.
When quotes arrive, line them up on the same basis.
